## \[사용자 정의 필드] 활용하기 <a href="#custom-fields" id="custom-fields"></a>

아임웹 연동 주소록은 아임웹 사이트의 회원 정보를 실시간으로 연동하며, 아임웹의 '회원 정보'는 스티비의 '사용자 정의 필드'에 추가됩니다.

아임웹 연동 주소록에 아래 9개의 사용자 정의 필드가 자동으로 생성됩니다.

* email: 이메일 주소
* member\_name: 회원 이름
* uid: 회원 아이디
* callnum: 휴대폰 번호
* birth: 생일
* point: 가용 포인트
* grade: 회원등급 (아임웹 프로 이상 요금제에서 사용)
* joinTime: 가입일
* gender: 성별

스티비의 수신거부 값은 아임웹 회원 정보의 \[마케팅활용동의 및 광고수신동의 → E-Mail 수신 동의]에 반영됩니다.

**\*주의:** 아임웹 연동 주소록의 사용자 정의 필드는 추가하거나 삭제할 수 없고, 키값과 필드 유형도 변경할 수 없습니다. 사용자 정의 필드의 이름과 메일머지 기본값만 변경할 수 있습니다.

#### 메일머지로 개인화된 이메일 보내기

사용자 정의 필드에 저장된 정보를 이메일 본문에 메일머지로 활용할 수 있습니다. 예를 들어, 회원 이름을 넣어 "$%member\_name%$님, 안녕하세요!" 같은 개인화된 인사말을 작성할 수 있습니다.

아임웹 연동 주소록의 사용자 정의 필드를 활용하면 스티비의 자동 이메일 기능으로 쇼핑몰 회원에게 다양한 이메일을 자동으로 보낼 수 있습니다.

#### 웰컴 이메일 <a href="#welcome-email" id="welcome-email"></a>

새로운 회원에게 환영 인사를 담은 이메일을 '웰컴 이메일'이라고 부릅니다. 웰컴 이메일은 다른 이메일보다 오픈율이 높으므로, 잘 설정하면 앞으로 발송할 이메일의 성과를 크게 개선할 수 있습니다.

아임웹 연동 주소록에 새 회원이 추가되면 자동으로 웰컴 이메일을 보내도록 설정할 수 있습니다. \[자동 이메일 → 새로 만들기]에서 발송 조건을 '구독자가 주소록에 추가되면'으로 설정하면 됩니다.

#### 기념일 축하 이메일 <a href="#anniversary-email" id="anniversary-email"></a>

아임웹 연동 주소록에는 회원의 생년월일 정보가 사용자 정의 필드로 저장됩니다. 이 정보를 활용하면 회원의 생일에 자동으로 축하 이메일을 보낼 수 있습니다. \[자동 이메일 → 새로 만들기]에서 발송 조건을 '기념일'로 설정하고, '생년월일' 필드를 선택하면 됩니다.

## 이메일에 \[상품 구매하기] 상자 추가하기 <a href="#purchase" id="purchase"></a>

이메일을 만들 때 상자 목록에서 \[상품 구매하기] 상자를 추가하면 아임웹 쇼핑몰에 등록된 상품 정보(이미지, 이름, 가격 등)를 불러와 이메일에 추가하고, 상품 구매 페이지로 연결되는 버튼을 만들 수 있습니다.

1. 이메일 작성 단계에서 화면 오른쪽 \[상품 구매하기] 편집 상자를 추가합니다.
2. \[상품 설정하기]를 클릭한 뒤 상품 정보를 불러옵니다. 이 단계에서 어떤 상품 정보를 본문에 표시할지 설정할 수 있습니다.

상품 정보를 불러오면서 추가된 이미지와 텍스트는 다른 편집 상자처럼 편집할 수 있습니다.
