# 요금제 결제하기

요금제를 업그레이드하거나, 다운그레이드하는 방법을 확인할 수 있습니다. 요금제 종류나 구독자 수 구간을 변경하고 싶다면 아래 안내에 따라 진행해 주세요.

## 요금제 업그레이드 <a href="#plan-upgrade" id="plan-upgrade"></a>

아래 방법으로 요금제 종류나 구독자 수 구간을 높일 수 있습니다. 둘을 동시에 업그레이드할 수도 있어요.

### 요금제 종류 높이기

스타터에서 유료 요금제로, 또는 사용 중인 유료 요금제에서 더 높은 요금제로 업그레이드할 수 있습니다.

방법은 다음과 같습니다.

1. \[워크스페이스 이름 → 업그레이드 하기]를 클릭합니다.
2. 결제 주기로 '월간 결제' 또는 '연간 결제'를 선택합니다.
3. 업그레이드할 요금제의 \[요금제 변경하기]를 클릭합니다.
4. 결제 수단을 확인하거나 \[새로 등록하기]로 등록합니다.
5. 사용할 '구독자 수 구간'을 선택하고 결제 금액을 확인합니다.
   1. 구독자 수 구간에 따라 워크스페이스에 등록할 수 있는 최대 구독자 수가 결정됩니다.
   2. 구간별 이용 요금은 [요금제 종류](/pricing/understanding/type.md) 도움말에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
6. \[결제하기]를 클릭하면 업그레이드가 완료됩니다.

결제에 성공하면 아래와 같은 화면이 표시되며, 결제 금액과 다음 정기 결제일을 확인할 수 있습니다. 이후 정기 결제일에는 그 시점에 워크스페이스에 등록된 전체 구독자 수를 기준으로 자동 결제됩니다.

### 구독자 수 구간 높이기

요금제 종류를 업그레이드하는 과정에서 함께 높이거나, 구독자 수 구간만 따로 높일 수도 있습니다.

* 업그레이드 시 선택한 구독자 수 구간은 즉시 적용됩니다.
* 이후 정기 결제일부터는 결제 시점에 워크스페이스에 등록된 전체 구독자 수 기준으로 자동 결제됩니다.
* 구독자 수 구간을 높일 때는 남은 사용 기간을 기준으로 추가 요금이 발생합니다.

## 요금제 다운그레이드

아래 방법으로 낮은 요금제 종류 또는 구독자 수 구간으로 변경할 수 있습니다. 다만, 스티비 요금제는 선불 방식이므로, 즉시 다운그레이드하는 것은 불가합니다. 변경을 예약해 두면, 다음 정기 결제일에 맞춰 변경됩니다.

### 요금제 종류 낮추기 <a href="#plan-downgrade" id="plan-downgrade"></a>

낮은 요금제 종류로 변경하려면, 다음 정기 결제일부터 적용되도록 변경을 예약해야 합니다.

1. \[워크스페이스 이름 → 업그레이드 하기]를 클릭합니다.
2. 변경할 요금제 아래의 \[변경하기] 버튼을 클릭합니다.
   1. 현재 사용 중인 요금제에는 \[구독자 수 구간 높이기] 버튼이 표시됩니다.
3. 낮은 요금제로 변경 시 사용할 수 없는 기능이 안내됩니다.
4. 기존 카드 정보가 자동으로 선택됩니다. 카드 정보를 변경하고 싶다면, \[새로 등록하기]를 진행하세요.
5. \[변경하기]를 클릭해 변경 예약을 완료합니다.

변경이 완료되면 다음 결제일부터 변경된 요금제 종류가 적용됩니다.

### 구독자 수 구간 낮추기

스티비 요금제는 선불 방식이므로, 구독자 수가 줄어들어도 즉시 구독자 수 구간이 변경되지는 않습니다.

* 이미 결제한 구독자 수 구간은 결제 기간 동안 그대로 유지됩니다.
* 다음 정기 결제일에 워크스페이스에 등록된 전체 구독자 수를 기준으로, 구독자 수 구간이 자동으로 적용됩니다.

사용하지 않는 주소록이나 구독자가 있다면, 다음 결제일 이전에 정리해 주세요. 다음 정기 결제일은 \[워크스페이스 이름 → 요금제 및 결제]에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

## 결제 금액 적용 기준 안내

결제 금액은 정기 결제 시점에 워크스페이스에 등록된 전체 구독자 수 기준으로 자동 계산됩니다.

**예시**

프로 요금제를 사용 중이고, 현재 등록된 구독자 수가 8,000명인 경우

* 스탠다드 요금제로 변경 예약 시 화면에는 '월 52,000원'이 표시됩니다.

하지만 정기 결제 시점에 등록된 구독자 수가 23,000명이라면,

* 실제 결제 시에는 10,001–25,000명 구간 요금제가 적용되어 '월 99,000원'이 결제됩니다.
